Returns

You can return your Holzkern product up to 24 days after receiving it. (For all orders placed from 1 November, we have an extended return period until 31.01.2026.) Please make sure to send the product before this deadline.

(Products purchased in our physical stores can only be exchanged directly at the respective store.)

1. Easily register the Return online via  and create your Return label
2. Prepare your Return package: Unworn product in the original packaging (wooden boxes, case or bag)
3. Stick the Return label on your package and send it our way
4. As soon as the package is with us, the purchase amount will be refunded in the original payment method within 14 days max.
